PIZZA

Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients, which is then baked at a high temperature.

Ingredients:
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 100 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 tomato
- 2 onion
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon virgin olive oil

PASTA

Pasta is a type of food typically made from an unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking.

Ingredients:
- 225 gm pasta penne
- 4 cloves
- Garlic
- 2 teaspoon basil
- Salt as required
- 2 pinches powdered black
pepper
- 2 red chilli
- 450 gm roma tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin
olive oil
- 3 cups water

Noodles

Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is either rolled flat and cut, stretched, or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures and made into a variety of shapes.

Ingredients:
- 300 gm chinese noodles
- 4 sliced onion
- 200 gm shredded cabbage
- 150 gm chopped bean
- 4 teaspoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon tomato chili sauce
- 2 pinch powdered salt
- 8 tablespoon water

Cakes

Cakes are a variety of bread, shortened or unshortened, usually shaped by the tin in which it is baked, or, more specifically, a sweetened bread, often rich or delicate topped with various toppings.

Ingredients:
- 3 cup all purpose flour
- 4 egg
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 1 cup milk

Chole Bhature

Chole bhature is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/puri, a deep-fried bread made from maida. Chole bhature is often eaten as a breakfast dish, sometimes accompanied with lassi.

Ingredients:
- 2 cup soaked overnight chickpeas
- 2 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chana masala powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 3 tablespoon onion paste
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Punugulu

Punugulu or Punukkulu is a snack and common street food in Vijayawada, Guntur and a few coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh. Punugulu is a deep fried snack made with rice, urad dal and other spices.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 2 onion
- Refined oil as required
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 3 1/2 green chilli
- Salt as required

Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a type of dosa and has its origin in the town of Udupi in Karnataka. It is made from rice, lentils, Urad dal, Chana dal, fenugreek, puffed rice, Toor dal, dry red chilli and served with potato curry, chutneys, and sambar.

- Refined oil as required
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 3 1/2 green chilli
- Salt as required

Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun is a sweet confectionery or dessert, originating in Persia and then later introduced to the Indian. These are deep fired sweet balls made with ingrediants like khoya which is then dipped in sugar syrup.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup khoya
- maida
- Refined oil as required
- sugar
- 1 or 2 elaichi
- milk powder
- cashew (if wanted)
